WELL STREET

ALL SAINTS, WEST BROMWICH

  • This site comprises circa 10 acres of regeneration land in West Bromwich. Stoford have entered into a Development Agreement with Sandwell MBC to deliver a mixed use scheme comprising of at least 250,000 sq ft of offices, together with residential and hotel uses. Stoford have secured a pre-let to British Telecom for 120,000 sq ft of office space to be delivered as part of Phase 1 of the project, due to commence on site in Summer 2008 and includes substantial remediation works and remodelling of the surrounding road network.
