David is a Co-Director of Stoford Living and joined the commercial business in 1998, being made a director in 1999. Prior to joining Stoford David worked for retail specialist Sears Plc and was head of J. Trevor & Webster's Birmingham Office.
David provides a link between the commercial and residential businesses, and is reponsible for delivery of major mixed use developments. He has enjoyed a varied career to date, taking in four years at Sears plc specialising in retail acquisitions and disposals, and four years as the head of J Trevor & Webster’s Birmingham office. David has been responsible for the delivery of a series of development phases at Spa Park and Stonebridge Cross. More recently, he managed the sensitive residential development of Garden Court, Birmingham.
Remaining active outside working hours, David enjoys skiing, cycling, surfing and cinema.
