	GARDEN COURT, BIRMINGHAM A Grade II listed building redeveloped as one and two bedroom apartments. The scheme was conceived and marketed to first time buyers and investors. Completed in 2006, successfully sold out within six months achieving record value. Award winning interior design.
	BROMSGROVE ST, BIRMINGHAM A mixed use development comprising circa 180 apartments and 10,000 sq ft of retail. Site acquired in February 2005 with planning consent secured within 16 weeks of submission. Designed by Glenn Howells Architects. Scheme presently on site, having been sold to a national residential builder. End value circa £35m.
	SHERBOURNE HOUSE, COVENTRY A prestigious city centre mixed use scheme comprising 120 residential units and 104,000 sq ft of offices.  The office element has been let to Inland Revenue and Customs & Excise, whilst the high density residential development drove the highest open market values achieved in the city and set new benchmarks for the city of Coventry
	NEWPORT STREET, WORCESTER Brownfield city centre site enjoying views of the River Seven. 92 apartments and 4,000 sq ft of commercial space.
	BRISTOL ROAD, SELLY OAK, BIRMINGHAM The .75 acre river side site was acquired from Birmingham City Council. Planning consent for 35 appartments over 4 storeys was dveloped for kingsoak and sold off plan with all sales completed within 3 months of practical completion. The award winning design and convenient location to Birmingham Univeristy contributed to an excellent development Architecture by BBLB Architects
