Phil joined Stoford Living after eight years in residential land agency with Savills and Knight Frank. Phil is responsible for sourcing development opportunities, achieving planning and managing the development process.
Away from the office, Phil is a keen sportsman having played pro rugby in the past (now retired!) and enjoys game shooting, fishing and motor boating. He follows the Scottish rugby team, an experience he describes as “character building”.
