Stoford Living does not have a fixed formula for assessing potential development sites, instead, we aim to meet land owners’ aspirations by working swiftly and intelligently.  We are comfortable with either “subject to planning” or unconditional land purchases, equally, we have significant experience of joint ventures and how these can be delivered.
